This place is simply amazing! The space is perfect, and the cheese workshop was even better than I imagined! From the grandparents to the three-year-old kids, everyone had a great time.

And the cheeses were honestly the best I’ve ever tasted in my life!

Today we visited Shimshon Farm. The children enjoyed a short walk, a trip to the goat pasture, a cheese workshop, and making pita bread. When we arrived, we also received an explanation about the ancient well and washed our faces in the clear water.

A big thank you for the warm hospitality — everything was done calmly, pleasantly, and with generosity, and the children kept repeating how special and enjoyable the experience was!
