The company provides turnkey solutions under one roof for various applications, including engineering development, metal sheet processing, precise machining, milling, engraving, mechanical assembly, electromechanical systems, and NPI through to mass production.

The Quality System – Certified to the ISO-9001:2015 Standard & AS9100:D Aerospace Industry

The production and assembly processes – Statistical Process Control (SPC). Additionally, the company includes skilled engineering, operation, and quality control systems supporting the production processes, while applying advanced management and operation approaches, such as KANBAN, LEAN, CRM, PDM, etc., providing our customers with the highest level of quality, under competitive costs, short supply lead times, while maintaining flexibility towards the requirements.

The overall production capability of the company is highly extensive, and its various plants are in an area of approx. 21,000 m2. The company employs about 300 skilled and professional employees, including engineers, practical engineers, technicians, quality control personnel, and more.

The company holds the following means:

Milling – 64 processing centers, including 5-axes machines and worktables X-2500, Y-1700 cm in size, type: Hitachi, Mazak, etc.

Turning – 16 processing centers, up to 350 mm in diameter with milling capability, type of the machines: Mazak, Star.

Assemblies – Hameshavev maintains an assembly floor distributed over an area of approx 2,000 M2, highly equipped. 

Quality Control – 18 XYZ CMM (DEA) measuring centers, with X-5100, Y-2500, Z-2500 measuring capabilities, level of precision: 2mic.

Engineering – Engineers with vast experience are providing custom-made solutions for the company's customers, while emphasizing cost reduction and process optimization.

Operating System – Having proven capability in managing suppliers and purchasing in Israel and abroad, including "low cost" countries, about various technologies, such as coatings, heat treatment, grinding, metal sheet, welding, and so forth. Configuration management is carried out using PDM techniques.
