YB Plating Engineering and Quality is a company established mainly to serve the Israeli and worldwide plating and  finishing including consulting and selling Metal finishing equipment. We have more than 30 years experience in the metal finishing , plating and coating . 

About the owner of the company: 
   

 The owner and general manager of the company is Yehuda Blau. He is a chemical engineer who graduated Haifa Technion Technological Institute and has BA degree in Economy and Management from the Open University of Tel Aviv.  His experience includes:

·         Lab Manager and Technologist  at G.E.S. Company for 15 years,

·         Quality control, troubleshooting, quality assurance, production instruction, and validation in the metal finishing industry.

·         Quality assurance manager at G.E.S ISO 9001, 

·         Vice President of  quality and chemistry at medium sized workshop plating and finishing with AS 9100C (Aerospace)

·         Product and Marketing Manager at Paz Lubricants and Chemicals for 6 years.

·         Project Manager at Elbit Cyclone Aviation Company. 

·         Construction Supervisor of large plant at Elmet, Romania of automatic anodizing large line including zero discharge waste treatment and automatic etching and NDT (Liquid Penetrant Non Destructive Testing) Line.

Management and staff of the firm are experienced in all aspects of the metal plating business.
