THE HOLON SINGING GROUP – ISRAEL

The Holon singing group is the representative musical group of the Holon City and the Holon theatre and is being conducted under the musical direction of Ayelet Cogan.

The singing group includes approximately 30 singers that sing in five voices: soprano, mezzo, alto, tenor and bass.

The group’s repertoire includes music of the twentieth century, musicals and show tunes, Israeli and International pop songs,  spiritual music etc’.

The Holon singing group exists for over Fifteen years, and has preformed as a guest of the Israeli president at the Israeli president house, on the 75 years birthday celebrations for the Israeli electricity company, on the radio-channel 3, in the Israeli chamber theatre, in France-invited by the mayor of the Suresnes city, and in many occasions on various stages around the country and abroad.

In the last Fifteen years the choir leads a series of showcases performances that deals with the most known and famous Israeli songwriters, poets, composers and performers.
